These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the Next Ticket application and website (the "Service") operated by Next Ticket ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

1.1. You must create an account with Next Ticket to use certain features of the Service.

1.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of the Service

2.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

2.3. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

3. Content

3.1. The Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").

3.2. You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service.

3.3. By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Next Ticket.

4.2. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Uganda and foreign countries.

5. Third-Party Links

5.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Next Ticket.

5.2. Next Ticket has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

5.3. You further acknowledge and agree that Next Ticket shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

6. Termination

6.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6.2. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. In no event shall Next Ticket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

9.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
